We placed and order the first week of April, 2020. When the order did not arrive per the confirmation email we received, we emailed their customer service dept. We received an email from their office (this is the first time we found out it was a chinese based company) with a website for tracking the order.

Their website claimed that the order had been shipped and put into the USPS system. They provided a USPS tracking number. The USPS website has no record of this tracking number.

Additional emails to their customer service department have been unanswered. It appears to be a fraudulent or very poorly run enterprise.
