Justin Billingsley contacted us saying he was a cash buyer. At the closing it was revealed after an issue with the “Real Buyer” that Justin Billingsley had contracted that he was a “Fake Buyer” attempting to get money through the real estate transaction and not purchasing the property at all. He made profit of $40,000 off our profit not disclosing this "inside deal.” He operated as a company called Web vest LLC on the sales contract. With a simple google search, I was able to locate many real estate company alias Mr. Billingsley is operating behind including outstanding open money laundering case that Billingsley embezzled money from. Simply google his name, and you will see pages of court cases appear with his name on them and all for similar actions.

Justin Billinglsey continues to gets away with it to this day. He needs to be put to stop. Beware of this guy. Justin Billingsley comes off as a smooth talker, very nice and approachable when first soliciting us. When we signed the contract we were confused on the process. Each time we reached out to Mr. Billingsley and left a message, he never returned our call. We felt Justin purposely constituted to the confusion and part of his whole sales pitch to help himself to a quick and easy payday with minimal contact. Apparently this is all part of his, "boiler plate real estate scam" that he is being sued for across the USA.

One simple google search of his name, and I could have saved myself and my family from being victim of a scam.

Below is just one case out of many about what Mr. Billingsley is capable of.

Instead of going through a Bonded, Licensed Real Estate service, you decided you'd try to save a few bucks by hiring a guy you didn't know but who made awesome "cash" promises, and you got the shaft. Live and Learn. I wish I had a dime for every greedy idiot who ended up seeing his greed cost him money he didn't have to lose. Open your Local Yellow Pages. Dozens of well-established, licensed, bonded real estate agents right there. Yes, you'll have to pay. But you'll get value for that money. Or continue to cut corners and get shafted.
