The rubber heel guard of my Womens size 8 cowboy boots after less than a year of wear. When I contacted the company they wanted to at my own expense, ship them my boots and if they found the boot wasn't defective they would send that same pair of boots back to me. Now I ask y'all, how does this help me now and why are they accusing me of being a liar?
