Kay pretends to be a hot shot with tons of connections in the music, acting, and modeling industries. He is not. He employs people to do hundreds of hours of tasks for him and never pays them. He sells tickets to events that never happen and coerces talent to pay him for services they never receive. He employs contractors such as makeup artists, producers, and photographers and never pays them. Do not deal with this guy!

Kelly was given a high-value opportunity, including training and professional photo sessions worth over $1,000, fully covered by me. Payments were agreed upon, however, after threats, breaches of confidentiality, and unprofessional behavior, payments were suspended and legal remedies sought. However, even now, I remain open to resolving this matter amicably. I believe in professionalism and integrity, and I am always willing to reconcile matters when approached in good faith.
