COLLEGE Financial Services is a scam. I spent $1500 on them in 2006 and never heard from any of the officials there. I asked them to stop charging my account and had my attorney send a demand letter asking for a refund and never heard from them again.

So I concur with the previous ripoff people. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
