Karl Lang , Matrix Medical Network, Coventry Health Insurance Entered my 95 year old mother's nursing home room unidentified, unauthorized. Was there to "give a physical". Nursing home unaware of the NP, Karl Lang, and totally unfamiliar with Karl. He was confrontational, brazen, and narcissistic and lacked sensitivity on Mother's behalf. Lancaster Pennsylvania

 This incident happened 03/28/2017 in my 95 year old mother's nursing home room located at Mennonite Home Communities, Lancaster, PA. A man ,who had no identification, entered the room and wanted to give her a physical. He wanted a list of her meds. This man had no appointment. We found out later that his name is Karl Lang. The nursing staff was unaware of the purpose of this intrusion. He was persistent at getting into the Home's computer seeking more documentation of Mother's medical records. This man was unidentified, unauthorized, confrontational, brazen, and narcissistic. The family states this ordeal was unnecessary and upsetting to both the family and the nursing staff.
