Kasamba psychics money issues? ripoff Internet

I have been trying to contact support at this site for 2 months regarding a contested fee that is holding money from my account. No response. Now I just Paypalled $ and it hasn't arrived in my account after 2 days! I am just hoping SOMEONE from the site will finally get back to me to straighten it out so I can use another expert's services-- and I don't have to call this a fraud thing. Thank you!

What if you use Paypal, not use credit or debit?
Turns out I'm OK with the lastest thing, looks like I need to wait a few days, BUT I still am peeved at not getting responses about the first thing (luckily, not much money, actually). Hope someone will contact me from there to resolve it,I like the site and want to keep visiting, but I'd find something else if I can't get this taken care of.

If you used a debit card, you have 30 days or one statement cycle to dispute a charge from Kasamba. You simply contact your bank and request the form.
If you used your credit card, contact the credit card company and dispute the charge.
Never wait on a company if you have a dispute; contact the bank or credit card company immediately.
