I am a personal friend of Katie Carter and she is deeply distressed by this report and customers behaviour.  The report regarding Katie Carter is pure slander from a difficult customer who is trying to rip-off a descent and honest seller on Etsey.  This individual claimed to receive the veil!  However, after the date of her wedding, even though it is clearly stated on Etsey account that it can take from 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.  It would also make sense that if the veil is made to order and coming from London to America that you would allow enough time for the veil to arrive before your wedding day. The customer has refused to send back the veil which she has claimed to receive even though stating now the opposite to cover her tracks for purchasing a veil too close to her wedding day.  This customer has no proof of not receiving the veil and refuses to send back the veil.  Therefore does not qualify for a refund and I would expect this would apply in any retail or bridal shop.  Katie lack of positive reviews is because she has only just started out on Etsey and has not been able to build a customer fan base due to slanderous comments by this customer.  However, she has glowing reports from private clients in the UK separate from Etsey.  If anything BEWARE of this CUSTOMER.
