I should have consulted Ripoff Report before I signed on. Now I see that my experience is anything but unique. I, too, was fooled by their website -- although their one month fee was small enough, I thought I'd take the chance.  Shame on me.   They're very polite and seemingly helpful -- all via email (there's no way to talk to them).  They say that they have chat support, but they seem to be able to make that available or not at their discretion.  Bottom line: they simply don't deliver -- at all.
