i paid the owner 6k the cost of material only for the complete remodle and replaster of my pool. the whole job should have taken 2-3 weeks max well here i am 2 months later with a concrete hole in my backyard that i cant even fill he wont return my phone calls and when i get through to him when i call from another phone i get i was tied up with another job i will be ther first thing in the morning and he never showes i still have the rest of the money in the bank if he ever finishes the job but im thinking about not giving it to him if he ever finishes

well as of today i have won a judgment in court from ken he now owes me $7,650 case # ris199206 he refused to show up in court he promised me the job would be completed by the court date and nope same ole ken avoiding my calls.
now he sends me to voice mail so he dose not even talk to me he has moved out of his house so he thinks i cant find him but the clock is ticking before other steps are taken to retrieve my funds so if anyone out there is thinking or even conserding on using this man tell him work now get paid later
