I never heard of the guy. It is a list. I have received countless emails from others sent to and they didnt know him either. And its not simply a gift card. I have been told by others there are strings attached. This guy is not a friend and he does buy emails from someone. I have never ever sent him an email or responded to any offer of his. He is a d****e bag. HOpe he never gets anymore business. Hey Kevin, thats what you get for being a d**k to me. This didnt have to happen. I asked politely to be removed...you didnt and told me to eat a lump of coal for Christmas. Screw you!

I sent, for the 3rd time, A F**KING GIFT CARD to my OWN email address book.

MY OWN friends. A bloody gift card. NOT to a list I procured. My own family and

friends.

They KNOW who i am. Jesus. This is absurd. He says I become rude. Hah.

I said, "you are hereby removed." Glad to do it. There was not need for a company

name as I did not send this data out to the public. This was my OWN ADDRESS

BOOK. Instead of me buying a gift card from Amazon, I created a gift card.

I am licensed. I did not need to give my phone number again to anyone else

cause these are my OWN address book contacts. I bought none of them.

I will never send out a gift card again.

The complainer is nutso. Was selling NOTHING and asking nothing of them!

If he's an MLMer and you're a spammer, it's a tough call. Kinda like trying to pick which cookie is the tastiest after both have been dropped in a mud puddle.

I have never used Western Union; never. Have no acct there; never have. mr Smith is so full of it................he is trying to push off his unethical and immoral MLM activities. Is he winning?

It is when you send out blast emails in clear violation of Federal law. I have also reported you to the FTC. There is no contact information, no company information, nothing in your email. I plan on attaching more i have found on this sham operation. Its a game to collect up front fees that can only be wired via Western Union. Its a scam!

adam smith was upset cause i, in error, sent out a Holiday gift to my own friends.

I sent the offer via the B instead of the hidden C. Obviously, Adam Smith

is no longer part of my emall list. I removed his name immediately. But he

continuned to be mad. NOTHING was being sold to him; he had received a gift

card! And he was upset that I said MLM was an illicit method of doing business

and I proved it with reports of federal court law suits.

IN 43 yrs, I have had no complaints about how I do business.

i care enough for my rep to, therefore, rebut this "complaint."
