Bought Nike Air Jordons VII for my son for Christmas 07. 2nd time wearing the entire bottom sole came apart from the one sneaker. I have filed complaints about this via their web-site multiple times, but no responses. They state "satisfaction guarenteed", but they are only words. Do NOT BUY from this web-site!!
