I purchased Windows 10 Home key from Kinguin.net. The key was resold and sent to my account as digital photo of the key. After attempting to validate the product I was told by Microsoft support the key is used.
I filed a ticket with Kinguin and the only way they respond is if I include the words 'charge back' or 'dispute transaction' in my comments. They clearly have a bot picking out tickets with these words.
Long story short, ten days later and still no key.
What is most upsetting is they want the customer to jump through hoops to validate the product. They should have a validation system in place for product keys. I'm very busy and now I have to take more time out my day to dispute the charges with my bank and file complaints online.
Bottom line is stay away from this vendor. Just get Windows keys through authorized sites. The hassle isn't worth the savings. I've gave up on getting the key at this point.
