Kixify Deactivate Store with no notice or reason for wrongful activity of buyers Internet

Started my store and in less than 24 hours my account was disabled. There was a lot of activity on my store and I reported anything that looks suspicious, read and followed there policies, and didn't partake in the suspicious activity. There was no warning or any reason given they just sent a message that my account was disabled and that's it. I have sold merchandise through other outlets however this site seems to be the most unprofessional and worst for not only buyers ( a lot of complaints about scamming) but sellers as well.
