K&J Appliance Repair and Thrift Store - Rip Offs Rip Offs Holly Hill Florida

 I actually do not work directly for K&J but do sub-contract repair work for them. I am one of 3 who usually repair appliances for them. I have never meet a more fair owner of a business then the owners of K-J..I know for fact that if a problems arises within there 30 day warranty. Its repaired no questions asked..If its outside of 30 days..They usually extend their warranty within reason. I have known of a few that the store payed me to fix it. In rare cases, they charge buyer 30$ to be payed to me and they pay for parts and labor..The 30$ covers my service fee.., but only in some situations they even do this..They try to keep customers happy...Listen, its a thrift store, get it thrift??? no one forces you to buy anything.!! I guess people who buy here can't afford a new machine and are buying a machine thats used and maybe thirty years old..What do you expect from a used appliance? well, a guarantee for whats offered and believe you me..if needed , every customer gets it...If anyone complains about a non-working machine..they should show it for the world to see, including your name and date of purchase and complaint and steps taken to resolve the issue!!   Bruce Denton , Master Technician, Owner of B M.
