My right elbow was operated on by Dr. Russ Rauls on 12-06-18 to eliminate intermittent pain; however, operation was botched. Now right elbow is worse than before and my right hand is partially numb and I had never in my life had a problem with my right hand prior to this operation. This was documented by McBride Rehab in Mountain Home, Arknsas on 5-1-19 by Electromyographer Stephen Hearn APRN, DPT.
