On my credit card bill I found a 50.00 charge to KUMSAL TURIZM LTD.STI. ISTANBUL TR. I never contacted them for anything -- in fact I have never even heard of them -- and I have no idea how they got my credit card number.

I am protesting the charge but have been unable to directly contact KUMSAL TURIZM.

I contacted my credit card company, needed to close the account and reopen a new account which will take up to one week. In the meantime, I cannot use the credit card and this is very inconvenient.
