We had purchased a wholesale order of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in 10/2016. The payment was made for the order of 50 devices. We had worked with this supplier on multiple orders in the past without issue.
2 days after the payment was made, Samsung released notice of their recall, so we cancelled the order. John said he was able to cancel the order and would give us a refund. It has been 7 months and we have yet to receieve the full refund. We have been given the run around for 7 months on the refund.
