 They sent my business (incorporated so it's really just me and my corporation) a letter stating that the State of CA and Feds require CA employers to post required notices on business premises to inform employess of their legal rights. 

They are demanding a payment of $275 "DUE NOW".  In return, they will send you a "compliance poster". 

DO NOT BE FOOLED.  Read the fine print and they state that "you are under NO obligation to pay the amount". 

They also have a disclaimer that state they are a NON government affiliated business providing posters to corporations.
