I paid $65 to LACPSD to serve a Defendant in downtown Los Angeles. The process server DINK JONES & nbsp;never served the Defendant and issued a fake Proof of service.

Dink jones deamanded & nbsp; $30 for parking fees and I paid it too. & nbsp; LACPSD scammed $95 and refusing to refund my money
