Lacrimal skin care The company took 87.63 out of my account on the 15th day of their "free" trial. I contacted them immediately to return the bottle of moisturizer and get a refund. They at first said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he offered me 50 % of my money back and I could keep the product. I told them i didn''t like the product and would like to return it for a full refund. He said no I agreed to the terms and he was offering me courtesy. I am so mad. A retail store offers full refunds. What a scam! No city Internet

I ordered Lacrem skin care on the Internet. I missed the cancellation date by a day and was charged $87.63. When I called to ask for a refund and return it they told me no, I had signed the agreement. After asking for a supervisor they gave me 50% of my money back. I am outraged that a repected company would not give me a full return like a department store would. It is a scam! They work together with Bella Labs, who would only give me back 20% of the $87.63.
