We found they were not fulfilling their job discription nor getting us home as promissed, so told them this job just wan't working out. Returned all documents to them, returned their rented trailer as requested to the location they specified, and now find ourselves fitting to be paid the $5,300 plus money owed us.Turned matter over to OOIDA, and found they have been in and out of business by several names, and still owe other drivers money. WARNING....don't work for these theives.

Who is Justin? For the record, as an ex-employee of the company, I was expected to lie and look the other way when issues such as these appeared. When we operated as JBFF, Inc. and as American Trading Company Company, I was daily fending off calls from collections and Drivers
I'm guess Justin must be doing the same thing I was doing....From my research this company is currently undergoing an investigation by the IRS regarding their business practices, as well as an ongoing investigation with the Better Business Bureau.
These company is populated by crooks. It's too bad that they not only prey on Owner Operators who struggle to stay alive, but also on the local populace, who do not know better.
I did not necessarily know the couple in this post but their story is familiar...I have seen drivers file bankruptcy from their actions. I don't know Justin personally, but I'm sure he's Daddy Loot's current favorite. Don't worry Justin, it won't last long.

This couple did work for us...kind of. They wanted to run the show, from the second that they signed on. They had a blatent disregard for our contract, which they signed happily. And they never got us those critical documents that we needed from them, not getting these documents put them out of compliance with the regs. of the DOT. To top it off, we paid them off as soon as they partially complied with their contractual obligations. And we have the documents to support it. It is this type ungovernable driver, that give any company a bad name.
