After purchasing Landlord411.com's service of $79.00 and attempted to get a refund after 4 days, their phone number of 1-800-795-1411 only gives the option to leave a message.

There is no human contact and both emails provided on their website bounce back. However, my credit card was charged and as their website states, "no questions asked your money back guaranteed" this company is committing serious fraud.

Be aware.
