This company provides false information to customers.  Company ships barrels, boxes and containers mainly to the caribbean islands and Guyana.  When customer drops off the items to be ship, the company states it will be ship the same week. 

This is not true, the items sits in the warehouse for 2 to 4 weeks before its ship.  When the items arrives at the destination ,  again the company tells customers the items are available for pick up .  Customers go to pick up their items and its never available.  This is on going issue with this company. 

Also the company charges lots of money to ship by air and express delivery to clients,  the items never arrive on the scheudule date , items arrive few weeks later.  The company collects money for express service , but ships clients goods by the regular service which takes 4 to 8 weeks.  This is false advertising. 

Jean DeCrasto and Deodat Persaud is incharge of the Toronto office and does not attempt to resolve customers complaints.  They have an attitiude and very rude.  In the Georgetown office, they never answer the phone or when they do, they always over promise and under deliver. 

The Toronto office encourges customers to prepay for door to door delivery in Georgetown, however when the items arrive in Georgetown, the company charges customers additional fees for home delivery.  The company is double charging customers.  Many customers have reported this company on the Better business bureau.
