 This report was written by a personal acquaintance who was never a client of my law firm, which had been closed for 2 years at the time he authored it. He is a homeless mentally ill drug addict who I tried to help, but who turned on me when I rejected his romantic advances. The statements are false, defamatory, and largely irrelevant to what kind of services were provided to actual clients when the business was open. I am not a drug addict, and am not an unstable mentally ill person incapable of rendering competent legal services. Surely I would have a record of discipline with the State Bar if this were the case, but there is no blemish on my record in close to a decade of practice. My pets are well cared for, but I hardly see what this has to do with my ability to practice law. The poster of this complaint even redacted his statements, admitting he had lied about me. It is a shame that trying to do a good deed for someone in need has resulted in a permanent scar on my reputation in the digital public square.

I lied about Melanie.  She's not a drunk or drug addict. I am. She tried to help me by giving me temporary shelter and helped me finance a car. She tried to help me back into school and my career. I turned on her because she shunned my advances.  She earned her way the hard way. She makes mistakes like the rest of us but she actually then goes back to correct them, all. Im the drunk and drug addict who's off their meds and needs help.  Not her. I deserve what comes next. I should never had posted lies about her. All she does is work hard and help people. A lot of times at her own exspens. I only hope I haven't ruined it for the next person who might have been fortunate enough to receive her help.

My first name is DonPaul not Don Konetsky. She tried her best to help me as a freind which is what she does.  She housed me, financed me a car and encouraged me to get a education and a job. When she passed on my advances I turned on her and set out to hurt her. She gets up every morning and does her job the best she can. I haven't seen her drink or do drugs, I made that up. You will see two postings about her here, my lie and one other.  What you dont see are the hundreds of people,  clients and otherwise,  that she has done her best to help out. Many at her own expense.  She earned her  credentials,  through years of hard work sacrifice and dedication. The only thing I can really  say bad about her is that she trusted and tried to help someone like me. Im really sorry Ms. Butler. I'm the one who needs the help.
