Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Lawnstarter is a subscription type service similar to Uber, Lyft, Airbnb, etc. They subcontract out to lawncare companies or individuals and act as the middleman/scheduler/fee collector, etc. and charge the customer's credit card on file.
A tip is optional and is initiated by the customer. The last two services resulted in automatic, unauthorized charges to my account/credit card described as "tips". Each time, I have complained and the charges were reversed, but it is time consuming process.
This is fraud.
