This claims to be from an independent contractor, yet it has the flavor of a comment from someone with a vested interest in the company and knowledge that is not available to independent contractors.  To wit:

1) "Leapforce pays all contractors, new or experienced..."  How would an independent contractor be in any position to make such a statement factually?  Where are the supporting facts to back up that the poster has knowledge that substantiates this claim.  This sounds more like marketing hype than provable fact.  Furthermore, what company can claim that they never have payment disputes with contractors.  If the "all contractors" statement is made from the standpoint of Leapforce, this comment is not from an "INDEPENDENT" contractor.

2) How does the poster distinguish between new and experienced contractors?  How are they in a position to know the company's practices regarding these two sub-populations of contractors?  Are they privy to internal company reports.  If so, this person cannot legitimately claim to be an "INDEPENDENT" contractor.

3) A cursory Internet search (i.e. google "leapforce scam") reveals that most of the complaints available as of the date of this reply (June 12, 2011) fall into the category of under-compensation for time actually worked.  There's no doubt that some workers would be inclined to over-report their hours, however the proportion of this particular complaint leads to the conclusion that there is a likely issue with compensation that marks this business as different than most.

1)  There is no contextual information provided by which the reader can establish the validity of the claim that Leapforce is 100% legitimate.  For example:  Is the claim that 100% of their contractors are compensated fairly?  How would an independent contractor know that- how is the reader to determine the veracity of that statistic?  Or is the supposed "independent contractor" saying that 100% of wage disputes are settled to the satisfaction of both parties?  Again, the internet postings available on this and other sites do not give a favorable impression of the company's employee compensation practices.

"pays fairly well" is entirely unsubstantiated.  "Well" is a comparative term, yet there is no basis provided for such comparison in the remainder of the comment.  A simple statement as to the hourly pay would suffice for the reader to make his/her own comparison.

Based on the lack of supporting information, one is left to conclude that this post is marketing puffery and not from an independent contractor.  Therefore, this statement implies that the company is not actually 100% legitimate.

Maybe this glowing review is by someone who works for these people - why else would they be searching for and posting about Leapforce on the "Ripoff" report?

- Training is not paid, and you might log in to work only to discover that they are assigning you new types of tasks, but you are not paid to train (which might take 2-3 hours).
- There are almost no tasks available, therefore you don't get paid. If you are able to work 1 to 2 hours a day, you are lucky. They only tell you that there will be more tasks available after 10:00 am PST, but if you log in at that time, you only work for half an hour or so and that is it for the day.
- You get to visit a lot of URLs that contain unexpected downloads, viruses and spyware (You are not provided with Antivirus software nor reimbursed if your computer is infected)
- They don't provide enough work for you to get used to the job, but they instantly start sending you emails saying that you production counts are down.
- Their page sometime gets very slow, making you wait for pages to load, meanwhile the clock is ticking and your production counts are affected.
- They tend to put on your queue tasks that you are not trained for and you have to either wing it or not work.
- If you email them with concerns or questions, they just provide standard responses, no real human interaction.
- Pay is terrible and lack of work really kills your motivation.
- If there is a conflict with your rating and you need to justify you decision in their forum with other raters, you don't get paid for that and if you are on the clock, it counts against your productivity.
- They expect you to check a webpage for quality, spam, viruses, validity of content, etc in under 90 seconds.Advice to Senior Management- Don't hire so many people and provide more work to those that actually want to work 20-40 hrs a week
- Pay for training.
- Be attentive to the tasks you assign workers
- Don't set ridiculous standards for productivity
- Pay for antivirus software

I spent 10 hours preparing for and then taking the exam. I became an agent. Im no sucker so I completed the min. required tasks for the month, just to make sure I will get paid.

On the 1st of the month I filled out my invoice. Then I waited and waited and waited. finally after 2 weeks I was informed that some errors existed on my invoice. I take a look at the errors as it turns out they do track your time, and accoring to leapfarce I worked about 55% of the hours I invoiced. Under closer inspection leapfarce has no record of some of the days invoiced for work, and at the same time they credited me for days I did not work. What gives?

Any way I refilled out my invoice exactly according to what leapfarce claimed I worked. Now it has been 2 more weeks and I am waiting waiting waiting. Good Thing I have a wife with a good paying job. Turns out I may be a Sucker.
