This company promises to negotiate credit card interest rate directly with your credit card company. They then make fictictious appointments or "counseling" sessions with you (the client who paid $995 for thsi bogus service) and they never follow up. They effectively provide no services and take your money. When you call fro a refund they say you must speak with a counselor and it's on hold for an hour only to get a recording. This is a huge scam - beware.
