Rushelli Luna represented to our company that she could get us a "grant" She proceeded to charge us $1500 up front to only have us basicly write the grant for her, as opposed to her doing the actual work.

We were turned down for our grant and when she made us aware of this, she refused to refund our money. Please stay away from this criminal, she's completly unethical and an illegal immragnt from Bleze!
