To whom it may concern,

It is October 15th 2013, almost 5 months after this appalling slander about our firm was written with absolutely no response to our rebuttal.

This silence on behalf of the writer of this false report proves that "Mr. Grumpy Old Man" as he calls himself is obviously a competitor or possibly a disgruntle spouse of one of our clients as we engage in numerous valuations in support of divorce proceedings.

We ask again that the writer of the rip off report please provide tangible proof such as a paid receipt that he was even our client to begin with as currently this report is pretentious and arbitrary to say the least.

We await for conclusive evidence that these accusations are accurate rather than simply indiscriminate as it would appear. The writer doesn't even take the time to compile more than two sentences and moreover doesn't even apply proper punctuations. How credible is that? 

This report should not be taken seriously! We are a reputable and objective appraisal firm which can be relied upon for accurate results!

We are willing to exhaust all available options at our disposal to expose this report as a fraud.

 We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with our services. We have been in business in the Chicagoland area for over 11 years and have never received a negative review. The negative review you have posted in an effort to tarnish our reputation does not reference a property address for the real estate appraisal in question or any contact information associative with any past clients. At this juncture, your vague review is based on unsubstantiated conjecture and should not be taken seriously. We would be more than happy to provide you with a comprehensive rebuttal requisite to your implications that our conclusions were inaccurate or that our analysis lacked quality. Please provide us with tangible evidence in support of your complaint in order for us to facilitate a resolution to this matter. Should your complaint seem valid, we can request a second opinion from our peers which will undoubtedly yield implicit results in favor of our findings.
