Will not refund keeps soliciting same clients for more $ with false promises .Not 1 inquiry removed from 2 different clients .Then has the nerve to not answer the phone bcz too busy ! Too busy not getting funding lol Frank Frione Jr lies then promises clients "6 figure funding" but cannot deliver.
