I'm at a loss on this one. I had an account from LHR Inc pop up on my credit original creditor Kay Jewelers. I don't have an account with Kay Jewelers that I opened 12/2004. I did have an account with them probably about 10 years ago. The balance is 55.00. I guess they must have reaged the account and stuck it on my credit. I don't recall owing Kay Jewelers any money. How do these collection agancies get away with this and if there is so many complaints why do the credit bureaus feel their word is gold.
