I saw a Raquel Welch wig on their website for a reasonable price and ordered it. When I received the wig it was not the correct style OR color. I ordered a salt and pepper wig and received a pure white wig. They offered me 15% back with would have totalled $6.00! I paid $39.84 for the wig and it would cost $35 to send it back to the address they gave me via email.

The package has a local address. Why could I not send it back to this address? I have an open dispute claim through PayPal (I didn't have a PP account prior to this order - how did this happen?). I want a full refund. With their process the wig would cost me a total of $70!
