I found Linda Chapman's information after searching for counseling services in Oklahoma. It seemed legitimate, so I contacted her through the website angercare.com. She responded right away and said she offers counseling services by phone. She said she'd contact me to schedule an appointment after I made payment for service.  She sent an invoice with a link to make payment. I made a payment and never heard from her again. She is not legitimate. A total scam.
