I asked for a copy of the application (which she would have a copy of if she actually did have OFAs) and she would not provide them and quit responding. She is lying and making false claims about her dogs being OFA certified. Her cavaliers are not certified and she refuses to provide proof, but lies and claims they are.

She refused to provide her Veterinarian's phone number and had zero records of her dogs actually being certified. The price she is asking for her puppies is what real breeders who provide proof of OFAs are charging. She is a scammer and a liar and making false claims so she can sell her unhealthy puppies for outrageous prices.
