The product order is not what was received. Attempts to request return or refund, but received not respnse. The product resembles nothing like the advertised item. The company goes to great lengths to hid their identity. Including the packaging there are multiple labels, and using global mailing via DHL. Paypal was used also. I will contact my cc company to hopefully submit a dispute and have my funds returned. Not sure how this continues to happen.
