Got pretty badly injuried when the locking pin on the ladder dislodged and the ladder came crashing down smashing my foot and breaking my 2nd and 3rd metatarsals. Talk about pain, my foot is a mess. I now must be non-weight bearing for 6 weeks, walk with crutches and miss work and my income. I am raising 3 children alone so this has created quite a hardship for me. If you purchase this ladder be careful. It's not safe and it is very heavy.

Sorry you were hurt.

So BOTH locking pins somehow came dislodged at the same time?
