Here at M and M success we have very high expectations from our employees. We expect our employees to be proffessional at all times and over all to hold high ethical standards. We know who the employee is that had filed this so called complaint because every employee starting early 2012 is currently with us. This was a disgruntal employee from day one that worked 3 days and had many hygiene problems (was so bad that other employees would not take there phone calls or sit next to her because of odor) along with fact she could not follow are program because of lack of phone experiance. We offered solutions to the issue many times until we had to sit the employee down and have a one on one over this issue. The issue was never solved and instead began to be more of an issue for everyone in the office. Please note: not even two days later after being let go she called  begging for her job back. After much concideration we as a business  decided that it be better to part ways. This employee was paid in full for days worked. Unfortunately, she had to make a fake report to try and slander our employees and company. We have again high standards and she did not meet them.
