Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
These individuals fraudulently persuaded my father to enter into a purchase contract for a few homes to be built. They used fraudulent appraisers and builders to over value the properties by 75% and promised him a cash incentive at closing to go through with the deal. None of the promises they made were honored and my father had 5 homes go into foreclosure and lost over $80,000 because the loans were so inflated, he couldn't sell or lease the properties to payoff the loan or pay the payments.

Wouldn't use spaces before the at and male is like what you would deliver to dot com.
