   They first tell you they will refund your new, but defect lens. But after having exchanged 7-10 e-mails with them concerning the needed documentation and getting the defect lens checked at the authorized supplier (paid USD 120 for that) they just STOP ANSWERING your mails, as if you did not exist. Looks to me as if they stop answering you the moment they  realize that they actually have to give you a refund.

Keep away from these morons.

Mack Camera is not reffering to another customer and we did not stop the payment process.  We feel that we gave you proper resolution by agreeing to pay taxes that we are not responsible for and we processed your payment through a wire transfer.

Missed the target

MackCam has chosen a nother customer case, this is not me. Never used any bad language - only found out that they stopped the process when all the formalities was ok, and it was time for payment. That made me angry.

This customer had submitted an estimate for the repair of his unit on 2/17/2011 and the estimate was approved the same day.  An email was sent to the customer which stated that his estimate was approved, attached was an approval letter indicating the approved amount without taxes and The email also stated that Mack Camera & Video Service was not responsible for any shipping fees or taxes.  On 3/4/2011 the customer provided the paid invoice for reimbursement.  This customer had contacted our respresentatives several times in an unprofessional manner and even using foul language.  We sent the check out FEDEX, instead of regular mail so that we could provide the customer with a tracking number.  We emailed the customer the tracking information on 5/23/2011.  Yesterday, 5/24/2011, we had received a call from FEDEX stating that they are unable to deliver the check because they needed an apartment number or contact name that they can give the package to.  We have been corresponding with the customer since then to rectify this issue providing him with the FEDEX case number and asking for any information that they have requested.  The customer has emailed Mack Camera today requesting that a wire transfer be processed for the amount including the VAT.  Mack Camera has authorized to pay the VAT on this claim and processed the wire transfer today for this customer.
