I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the employees at Mainlayer.com was so profoundly disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. From the first moment I was met not with professionalism or courtesy, but with a startling level of rudeness and condescension.

It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. The general tone of arrogance is mind-blowing —especially one that markets itself as forward-thinking and customer-centric—this kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable.
