Mark Daniel Friedland Disbarred Attorney continues to practice law without a license Abbeville Louisiana

Per Florida Statute 817.568 (Criminal Use of Personal Information and Criminal Use of Personal Information To Harass) and Louisiana La. Rev. Statute Ann. 14:73.10 (Online Impersonation), it appears that Mark Daniel Friedland may have committed a Crime.

It appears he may have placed, a: #2 General Comment "Anonymous coward can't back himself up with any facts"  on RIPOFF.COM, impersonating Veronica Patterson.

This above mentioned comment, falsley stated that the writer was Veronica Patterson, who then Ranted the Praises of Mark Daniel Friedland and Vilified and Defamed at least (6) people who do not agree with Friedlands Past History.

Apparently, these people are all Legal Representatives and may be able to press charges against Veronica Patterson for Defamation of Character.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Oh the facts are clear your blemished record speaks for itself.  Loser!!!!!  LOL

   I am Veronica Patterson, Mark Daniel Friedland's daughter and I am posting because Ed Magnusen won't permit him to post his own rebuttal which he has done previously in detail.  Lawyers in general are lax in disciplining lawyers who basically get away with murder.  In Indiana, he was disciplined based on complaints from right wing adversaries that lost important cases such as class action litigation involving liquor price fixing, real estate and bank illegal practices, violations of civil rights of aliens, mental health patients and juveniles.  His record of triumphant law reform results are unparalleled.  He was charged by Sheldon Breskow lead attorney for the right wing attorney general Theodore Sendak of such inane stuff as "climbing on the counsel table" riding past his house on his bicycle and all non related to any legal matters.  He was placed as the Executive Director of the Grievance committee and filled these silly grievances.  Mark was cleared of all the grievances posted either directly or indirectly by Sheldon Breskow his adversary in all these important public interest litigation. He did get disbarred for challenging the grievance commission. Had he represented himself and not used the ACLU and defended the trivial charges on the facts rather than ,on the First Amendment, he most likely would be still practicing in Indiana. At the time the Indianapolis Star ran banner headlines that he was being disciplined for his public interest litigation since the charges were patently absurd. All this happened over forty years ago and Mark, a great athlete and person has outlived all o his oppressors. 

 Richard Givan, the Chief Judge of the Supreme Court of Indiana told Mark that he was disbarred because he was successful in reforming various miscreant corprations (See books on Indiana Bell and the Indiana Real Estate Commission among others)  Givan in his most venomous Southern Indiana drawl then went on to say that" we checked you out and you were sent to Indiana by that "Commie New York Jewish Lawyer William Kunstler." to further radical left causes.  Ted Sendak linked me with "Hanoi Jane"  Fonda.  I never met William Kunster, but I did meet Jane and Ted about twenty years later at an Atlantic Braves Spring Training baseball game in West Palm Beach.

 I then moved to Connecticut and began my Jerry Macguire phase representing professional athletes as a sports agent.  I laid out the documents in Connecticut proving my disbarment in Indiana was a trumped up job by a bunch of corrupt lawyers. After over a year of thorough investigation I was vindicated and passed the bar in 1983 and then specialized in criminal law and employment litigation.  I used personal injury to subsidize my public interst litigation.  I won ten straight crimimal cases to verdict and I would take an inordinate time in picking the juies which infuriated some judges and virtually all the prosecutors.  I moved to Nova Scotia and ultimately got disbarred in Connecticut without a hearing from specious claims from several blacks who were manipulated by attorneys I do not know to claim that "they had a failure to communicate."   There was absolutely no truth in any of the allegations.  I did call a prosecutor at a side bar "an animal" when he lost his temper and blurted out that I encourage my( children (all under 10) to use cocaine.  I took it all the way to the State Supreme(see State v. Prado)   The Connecdticut decision was a divided court with the consent being clearly the right view.  New Jersey in abstentia, applied reciprocal discipline without a hearing or notice to me.  I was never accused on anything in New Jersey.

 I have been a consultant for over 20 years and I never practiced law in Florida without a license.  If Mr Anonymous has a claim, identify himself so I can sue him for libel.  My name is Mark Daniel Friedland and he can get me at 239 248 1620 or 239 348=1620.  I have a good idea what this is about.  It is about my challenge to Google, Mugshot sites, instant checkmate and phony reputation repair sites.  I was unjustly arrested for calling a woman and telling her of a court date ( Nothing violent and nothing domestic)   I have gone viral on this subject and have promoted legislation and litigation to end this extortionist paractice.   RIGHT ON  Come out of hiding you anonymous coward.  If you have a charge against me call me out in public and file your bullshit charges . The state Supreme Court Monday upheld the disbarment of a former Hartford lawyer who has battled for more than 10 years to retain his Connecticut license.

Four of the five justices rejected M. Daniel Friedland's claims that Hartford Superior Court Judge Samuel Fried erred in disciplining him. Justice Robert D. Glass, writing for the majority, said Fried used clear and convincing evidence of misconduct in justifying Friedland's disbarment.
