Company refuses to acknowledge written, emailed or telephoned requests for cancellation of services and does not submit credits to the credit card company. The company does not even return requested information to the credit card issurer's Dispute Resolution Department when requested.

Mark Deaton Honest Dealings

I have been a customer of Mark Deaton for the last several years and boughta fewof his products with amazong results. He has always been available above and beyond when I need help or interpertations of my trades. I always have received email responces with in a day or so and never put off. His systems do work and he will guide you through any problem areas you might have. Also he usually throws in additional extras such as indicators or software downloadsat no extra charge. I am a amature trader but with his systems I have done fairly well. In my opinion he is one of the Real Traders and if you follow his systems you will make money, if you don't make money go back and re-read to find out whatYOU are doing wrong or just give him a call...

I'm not sure what got the cart sideways in the road between Mark Deaton and the person filing this complant, but I bet it wasn't Mr. Deaton!
I have been doing business with him for over three years and I have never had a problem with him. In fact has been extremely accomodating, knowledgeable and fair.
The sad part of this complaint is that the consumer just blew a chance to learn stuff about the markets and trading that most folks will never know because most knowledgeable traders don't want to give up their secrets and Mr. Deaton is teaching valid strategies not available just anywhere.

I would like to make specific comments about "Dave in Clearwater", but I have no idea who he is. If I failed to respond to you Dave I apologize.
