Got a threatening email from a Mark Smith saying he was from ACS thzt I had a case pending for fraud against me saying I owed $975 and I need to make arrangements immediately before I goes to court and pay up to $5000 in court costs. Had a case number but no phone number , fax number or physical address. After researching his name and so called company there were many complaints about the same individual SCAM.
