I purchased a German Shepard puppy that was 10 weeks old took him home he kept foaming at the mouth when try to defacate. I made an appointment with the Vet but sadlly he died the night before his appointment. I have tried and tried to get this lady to either give me a replacement puppy with health record from a Vet or refund my money. She refuses to do either.
