Mary Lynn Erpinar deadbeat, thief, no pay Yorba Linda California

 This "woman" hired us to do work on her house and didnt pay what she owed.  When calling her she wouldnt return calls, ignored notices, few times we'd get her on the phone the check was in the mail, she didnt receive the invoice etc. We asked for a crediot card over the phone and was told "are you k idding, not in this economy".  Sure, hire people and don't pay them, that'll stimulate the economy.  Should have been a warning sign she had the dumpiest trashiest house on the block, brown lawn and vegetation, junk cars in the driveway- always a sure sign of white trash.  Lesson learned  Mary Lynn Erpinar I hope you're enjoying OUR money- thief
