Poor management, raised rates and fees.  Place is dirty.  You want to do a appreciation day?  Change management and lower fees and get customers to come back.  Worst February and March in sales ever.  The place is dirty, employees don't care. 

Don't understand why this new company bought the place, they don't seem to care.  For the real estate?  Many of the vendors are wonderiny why we should stay with the way things are currently.
