After reading the above RipOffReport, we were able to locate Chris's account on iFriends. We have refunded the iFriends charges in question and have cancelled the account. Two hours after Chris submitted his RipOffReport, he accessed the iFriends website and submitted a request to have his account password emailed to him, which was done immediately, using the email address that Chris inputted when he created his account. As stated above, we have refunded the charges and cancelled the account, so if Chris wishes to have further access to the iFriends website, he will first need to contact our Customer Care department.
