I was subjected to a erroneous charge on my credit report from MCM Midland Funding llc. I wiped out a credit card debt eight years earlier from chapter 7 ,and they still are trying to secure the funds from me, even though the charges were all dropped eight years earlier. As of now I can only get a recording never a live person to go over my chapter 7 filing with me from eight years ago to prove this debt was supposed to be removed.
