This foreign owned company is more concerned with their ratings than helping customers or assisting truckers. As a trucker in the Auto Transport Industry I can honestly say that every trucker (carrier) will not pickup for these idiots because they run a scam that you should know about. This company buys leads from an internet lead provider and what they do with that lead should be illegal and these guys should be in jail. Here is what they do.

* They act as though they have an order when they receive a quote request.

* They place your order onto CentralDispatch.com and make carriers think they have your commitment to move forward.

* Every carrier knows they never have the order so they do not even bother to call these idiots.

* How does this effect you? Easy answer....... only the worst of the worst carriers (the ones nobody else will hire - will pickup cars for Mercury). Bad for you!!! Mercury does not care about the carriers insurance, on time track record or history of damaging vehicles! They do not even care. As a former employee I have to say that their whole reputation with carriers is crap. They treat carriers like crap when they post so much business that they have no authority to post that good carriers (the ones that know they are doing this....they would never work for Mercury. A Rated with the BBB - crap!

They hired a search engine optimization company to mask the crap about them on the internet. Don't believe me. Take a chance with a foreigner named Matthew Sandomir. When the crap hits the fan this company will block your number. You post a negative review and the SEO (search engine optimization company buries the negative review with a ton of fake positive reviews.
